Cooking together
We kept ourselves busy before enjoying our meal
We arrived at the restaurant and were introduced to our chef and teacher. Once we received the basic instructions, we distributed tasks: those making the desert and the sangria took their station. Others went to cut vegetables and make the gazpacho. And others, our prof included, went to work the paella.
Madrid and Toledo
We toured around Madrid to see the stages of its growth and its modernity. We also toured Toledo, known as the city of the Three Cultures
